Starting life
A crisping sound
Carried on a thrust of wind
Feathers spread
Wings unfolded
Ready to take a leap
Chirping encouragements
A mother lovingly pushing
Tumbling out the nest
Ground getting near
A shriek in utter fear
The air picks up
saving the bird form a nasty drop
floating him to safety
Flapping his wings
Life truly begins
